1. Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed with accurate details.
• A valid payment method is required to secure reservations.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to charges.

3. Service Use

• Passengers must comply with all local laws during transport.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or unruly behavior permitted in vehicles.
• Damage to vehicles caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not liable for lost or left-behind items.

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking or service completion.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, or extra stops.

6. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
