How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.


What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.


Do you charge waiting time?

Yes, waiting time may apply if your chauffeur must wait beyond the scheduled pickup time. Airport pickups include a grace period to allow for luggage and customs.


Can I make multiple stops during my ride?
